Screening Interview

Screening Interview is done if there are so many candidates applying for the same post. In that case, the Interview will be done by some third party recruiter and not any professionals from the Company. They will try to short list the candidates in this Interview.

Tips To Attend Screening Interviews :

• Be confident while attending the Interview.
  

• Highlight your qualifications and the achievements.
  

• Make yourselves different from the other candidates. For example, if its a face to face interview then the Interviewer will of course ask for your resume. And most of them don't add Cover letter. When you add that, you will be different from others and will add as a positive point in your side.
  

• Personality is not important in this kind of Interview as the Interview is done by a third party. So just highlight your achievements. Interviewers will just check if you are capable for working in that Company.
  

• Phone Interviews is also another form of Screening Interviews.
