How I Got 100+ Direct Referrals For a Site!!

I have now quited working with PTC sites and am concentrating on Paid to Post(PTP) kind of sites now. The 2 PTP sites that I am working are

• Mylot
• NoExpiry
• Size of Paper

I get all my referrals from Mylot . Mylot has 160,000 members as of now. There are too many new comers to the site wanting to earn some money online. Thats the best place to find for referrals actually.

When finding referrals you are not supposed to violate any guidelines of Mylot . Never create any discussion promoting any particular site with or without the referral link. You will see so many discussions asking some good sites to earn online. Just give them the link through Private Messaging. Make sure that you promote a site only after getting paid from it. That will get you more trust from members and so members will believe you when you say about some other site. Its all about trust.

Join in Mylot . Participate actively in that site. Of course members do trust the experienced persons than the new ones. So gain experience over there. Keep posting. And when you see such discussions asking for good sites to earn, give your link.

I have got 3 payments from them already. All those are $5 payout only. You may wonder how I got that payment when the payout is $12. Lol.

The first payment was a promotional payout of $5. The admin announced an offer that the first 3 person to reach the payout of $5 will get paid immediately. This is just to create a good activity in the forum. I was one among the 3 person and I got my first $5 from that site.

The site then added a new payment processor named EvoWallet. Since the payment processor was new, there was another promotional offer. Tips To Attend Group Interview :

You can expect the Phone Interviews anytime. If there are so many people applying for the Job, then the Company may short list the people by doing the Phone Interviews. It many seem easy but its not so. We must have good preparation for that also.

Phone Interview Tips :

• Do your regular preparation as you do for the Face to Face Interview.

• Sound Professional. Don't Smoke or do any other activities thinking that they won't be identifying it.

• Make sure if you are comfortable when they call you. If not, just ask them to make a call some time later.
  

• A Quiet place is important. When you get a call, make your surroundings peaceful.

• Have your CV in your hand, so that you can have a look at it when needed.

• Take the notes of the Questions that they ask.

• Avoid "uhs" and "ums". This needs good practice.

• When the Interviewer is speaking, never Interrupt them.

• Make your answers short.

• Don't get tensed and answer with a Smile in your face.

• Be clear in what you speak and be slow also.
