Job Description:

HCL COMNET is looking for Technical Executives for Analyst / Sr. Analyst positions.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing Level-1 Technical Support to HCL's business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations Skill Requirements: Basic technical knowledge of PCs Basic Knowledge of Internet and Networking Basic technicalknowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to work for 24* 7 shifts.

Additional Skills: Machintosh, Lotus Notes, Networks, Active Directory Service
Education: Graduation in any stream / 3yrs Technical Diploma from a Govt. recognized Institute.
