Phone Interviews

You can expect the Phone Interviews anytime. If there are so many people applying for the Job, then the Company may short list the people by doing the Phone Interviews. It many seem easy but its not so. We must have good preparation for that also.

Phone Interview Tips :

• Do your regular preparation as you do for the Face to Face Interview.

• Sound Professional. Don't Smoke or do any other activities thinking that they won't be identifying it.

• Make sure if you are comfortable when they call you. If not, just ask them to make a call some time later.
  

• A Quiet place is important. When you get a call, make your surroundings peaceful.

• Have your CV in your hand, so that you can have a look at it when needed.

• Take the notes of the Questions that they ask.

• Avoid "uhs" and "ums". This needs good practice.

• When the Interviewer is speaking, never Interrupt them.

• Make your answers short.

• Don't get tensed and answer with a Smile in your face.

• Be clear in what you speak and be slow also.
